WHAT CAN YOU HELP ME WITH AS A CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT?
We specialize in providing expert, unbiased guidance to help you make confident decisions about your home or project. We can:

  • Review contractor bids and help you compare them

  • Help you troubleshoot common construction, DIY, or renovation concerns

  • Give strategic recommendations to avoid costly mistakes

  • Provide virtual consultations via phone or video

What can’t you help me with? We do not:

  • Provide step-by-step instructions for DIY electrical, plumbing, or gas work (for safety and licensing reasons)

  • Create stamped architectural or engineering plans

  • Pull permits on your behalf

  • Perform physical work on-site

  • Replace the need for licensed contractors or tradespeople

  • Offer legal advice or real estate services

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH HOMEOWNERS?
We primarily serve homeowners, renters, buyers, and investors, but we also assist small business owners or with light commercial projects.

CAN YOU HELP ME PICK A CONTRACTOR?
Yes! We can review bids, check for missing details, and give you tips on what to ask during interviews so you can choose the right fit.

DO YOU WORK WITH PROJECTS OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
At this time, our services are focused on U.S.-based projects due to differences in building codes and practices.

DO YOU PROVIDE ON-SITE VISITS?
We are a virtual service and do not provide on-site visits. We do however provide video calls to visually see your project needs and scope of work.

DO YOU REPLACE THE NEED FOR A LICENSED CONTRACTOR?
No—we don’t replace licensed contractors. Our role is to help you determine whether you need one, and if so, guide you in choosing the right fit. We complement their work by making sure you fully understand the process, options, and potential pitfalls before you commit to a plan or contract.

*Our Commitment & Cancellation Policy*

We’re here to make sure you get the guidance you need. If your project falls outside our expertise, we’ll point you in the right direction so you’re never left without support. If your session runs longer, you can choose to extend your time.

Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled
or canceled at no charge. Cancellations made with 12 hours will not receive a refund.
